Dear customer, all of our products are made on demand which means that once you place an order the product is made especially for you. This means no refunds will be given except for (Read Return Policy). This sustainable workflow allows our small business to run smoothly and reduce production related costs and waste.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
